Ordering from St John Ambulance Supplies
You can order from this web site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Orders are normally processed on a first come first served basis during the normal working hours of Customer Services: Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm.
All orders requiring next day delivery must be placed by 2pm on the previous working day.
Step 1 - Find the items you are interested in buying
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. A search box is located on every page of our website.
You will also find links to browse different categories in the top navigation bar. When you find an item that interests you, click the title/name or image of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.
Step 2 - Add item to your basket
Once you have found the product you are after, clicking the 'Add to basket' button will add the item to your shopping basket. If you require more than one of the same item, you can change quantities in the basket. To view your basket at any time simply click on the 'Shopping Basket' link on the top portion of the webpage.
Step 3 - Check items are correct
Once you are satisfied you have all the items you require and you are ready to buy, clicking on the 'Shopping Basket' link on the top portion of the page will take you to your basket.
From here you can change quantities and delete items if necessary. Once you are completely satisfied click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.
Step 4 - Complete the checkout process
To complete your purchase simply fill in the details as requested, if you have previously registered on the site some, if not all details, should already be filled in (if you want to change anything just click on the appropriate buttons.) The info bar at the top of the screen will tell how what step of the purchase process you are currently on.
All orders placed on the web site must be paid for from a St John Ambulance Supplies account or by American Express, MasterCard or Visa.
Where invoices are raised against St John Ambulance accounts we are only able to accept payments made from official St John Ambulance bank accounts. Personal (SJA) purchases must not be made through St John Ambulance accounts.

We accept postal orders, cheques, BACS, corporate, debit cards and credit cards. Please make cheques payable to "St John Ambulance - Supplies"
Please do not send cash through the post. (For your security, telephone orders can only be delivered to the card/account holders address).
Where invoices are raised against St John Ambulance accounts are only able to accept payments made from official St John Ambulance bank accounts. Personal (SJA) purchases must not be made through the St John Ambulance accounts.
Please note that we do not accept any payment by Electron, Maestro or Solo.

Bulk-buy prices are available for many products. We have indicated these on some of our more popular ranges. You can find the information about the discounts for these products from our catalogues, however, our friendly customer services team will always be please to provide you with a quote for any product.
Although we can despatch goods to an alternative delivery address if requested (provided the invoice address matches card holders address), we cannot send as 'gifts'. We cannot include personalised message, etc. Also all items despatched have a despatch note which includes the price.
